Your Event can jump into plans already in play, advise and support you as you choose final vendors, and assist in fine-tuning your decisions and planning to realize your vision within the budget you have established. We can build out your timeline and guide you through your wedding celebration with a comfort level that comes only from years of experience dealing with many moving parts and teams. We may not have been involved from the moment you started planning, but from this point on we are here to support you with expertise, care and personal attention.

It’s easy for even the most organized person to get overwhelmed with planning their own wedding—especially in the homestretch. After all, is there any event more significant, personal and fraught with expectations than this? We get it, and we can help. As your month-of coordinator, Your Event will keep track of every detail according to a meticulously prepared timeline, manage all of your vendors and make sure your vision for the perfect celebration is realized. Although this is a month-of package, we begin 4 months out so we can fully engage with your vendor team and have the lead up time required to expertly manage your day. Let us handle the expected and the unexpected with equal finesse, while you savor the experience of a lifetime.

With over 25 years of experience in design and creative development, owner and director Paula Smith has overseen numerous high-profile product launches and publicity events for a variety of high-end lifestyle companies—and she will personally be involved in planning every detail of your wedding. She can visualize concepts beyond the obvious and give your wedding a truly distinctive look and feel, while remaining true to your own aesthetic. This process is presented in a visual mood board of color, textures and styles that will serve as a graphic road map for your journey down the aisle and onto the dance floor! Your Event will use our design talent, expertise and resources to transform your ceremony and reception spaces so they align with your vision and reflect your unique love story.
